        interesting point from the talk tho - that after hundreds or thousands of years, we are able to reinvent & go further than previously

        but expanding on the notes above, it's not only the complexity of the software stack growing
        
        it's also the requirements for the software!
        
        think of how many dimensions a saas product like an online CRM has to support - it's insane!
