{{[[TODO]]}} hmm, now that i look at it, it'd be so much nicer if the metadata in the top wasn't taking up as much space & the actual content started earlier.

{{[[TODO]]}} can also add info to parser to recognize block references, italics, bolds, highlights, since all pretty much the same as linked reference `[[(hidden) G97ohL3l8]]`
